Travel Medicine is a specialized area of healthcare focused on the prevention and management of health risks associated with international travel. It involves assessing a traveler’s destination, itinerary, medical history, and potential exposures to provide evidence‑based guidance on vaccinations, disease prevention, environmental hazards, and safe travel practices.
